A client needed a modern real estate platform for the Bulgarian property market — with verified listings, area guides, developer profiles, and a buyer checklist. Traditional development would take months and cost thousands.
Approach
I used a 3-tool pipeline: Lovable for rapid UI design, Claude Code for production-grade code refinement, and n8n for automated data scraping from real estate sources. This approach delivered a full platform in days instead of months.
Result
A fully functional real estate platform with 100+ scraped listings, interactive search filters, area exploration, property comparison, buyer guides, lead capture forms, and a clean responsive design ready for bulgariatalks.com.
How it was built
Step 1 — UI Design in Lovable
Designed the full UI in Lovable: homepage with hero search, property cards, area exploration grid, new listings carousel, buyer guide section, lead capture forms, and footer. Lovable generated a clean React + TypeScript + Tailwind codebase in minutes.
Step 2 — Code Refinement with Claude Code
Pulled the Lovable repo to GitHub and ran it through Claude Code for production hardening: fixed TypeScript types, optimized component structure, added SEO meta tags, improved responsive breakpoints, and connected data layer for dynamic listings.
Step 3 — Data Scraping with n8n
Built an n8n workflow that scrapes property listings from Bulgarian real estate sites: extracts title, price, location, area, images, and description. The pipeline cleans the data, deduplicates, and pushes structured JSON into the platform's database.
Step 4 — Final Platform
Deployed the complete platform with property search (filters by region, price, type), area pages with photos and descriptions, new build developer profiles, buyer checklist download, and expert consultation booking.
